Booking Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% fee of the selected service price.

• No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

• Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your massage service, please inform your therapist during or immediately after the session.

• We will work with you to address any concerns and may offer:

• Adjustment of massage techniques

• Partial refund

• Credit toward future services

Payment and Refunds

• All services must be paid for at the time of booking

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3-5 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking

Block Booking and Membership Plans

• Block bookings (8 sessions) are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person

• Monthly well-being plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice

• Unused sessions in a current month are non-refundable

Special Circumstances

• In case of illness (with medical documentation), we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion

• If we need to cancel due to therapist illness or emergency, you will receive a full refund or free rebooking
