Cancellation Policy
Before Your Appointment Shower or bathe before your treatment to promote hygiene and relaxation. Prepare a clean, quiet space for the massage table and therapist to work comfortably (enough room for the table and therapist to move around). Remove jewellery and watches to allow for uninterrupted massage. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that is easy to change out of and back into. Inform the therapist in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies. Ensure pets are secured in another room during your session. Minimize distractions by turning off mobile phones or setting them to silent mode. Have fresh towels available if possible (if not, let the therapist know in advance). Be ready at the scheduled time to maximise your session duration. Safety & Comfort Sanitation protocols are followed: tools and surfaces will be sanitized before and after your session.
