Cancellation Policy

Client Pre-Appointment Policies for Personal Training Sessions To help you get the most out of your Mobile Massage & Relax personal training session, please review and follow these guidelines before your trainer arrives: Before Your Session Wear appropriate workout clothing and trainers for safe movement and comfort. Have a bottle of water ready to stay hydrated throughout your session. Prepare a clear, ventilated space (indoors or outdoors) with enough room for exercise and equipment. Inform your trainer in advance of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations. Eat a light meal or snack at least 60 minutes before your session (avoid heavy meals right before training). Have any necessary equipment (mats, resistance bands, weights) ready if you own them—let your trainer know if you need equipment provided. Secure pets and minimize distractions (phones on silent, family members informed of your session time). Be ready at the scheduled start time to maximize your training duration. Safety & Comfort Only the client and trainer should be present in the workout area unless otherwise arranged. Sanitation protocols will be followed: any equipment brought by the trainer will be cleaned before and after use. Warm up and cool down will be included in every session for your safety.
